Krista has been a licensed Realtor for over 27 years and is a local Barrie resident. She has been involved in all aspects of Real Estate including resale, preconstruction and commercial. She has been thoroughly enjoying Friday Harbour for many years and is truly passionate for the entire development. Krista prides herself on her strong relationships with her outside Broker networks. Krista also ensures that through her client’s experience, they are nurtured from start to finish and treated with sincerity and integrity.
Diane has over 10 years of Real Estate experience, beginning in the Southern Georgian Bay area. Since 2017, she has been part of the Real Estate Sales Team at Friday Harbour Resort. Her strong knowledge of pre-construction and the resale market in this unique resort-style living environment, has cultivated strong relationships which continues to grow.
Brent has 15 years of Real Estate experience with a strong preconstruction background in both low rise and high rise communities throughout the GTA and Simcoe County, representing multiple builders. Specializing in Friday Harbour Resort, he’s been involved with the development from the very beginning, and offers extensive knowledge of the resort. With over 1600 units sold, he’s created strong client and homeowner relationships within the community.
Elizabeth has been a licensed Realtor in the Simcoe Region and surrounding area since 2008. She has extensive experience in both resale and new construction. She also has a background as a Mortgage Broker. Elizabeth truly prides herself in ensuring her clients find their dream home or investment and she is with them every step of the way.
